These two beautiful bay boys have grown up to be handsome young geldings and we are proud to announce that they have moved to Kenosha, Wisconsin to the farm of Dr. Amy Fulmer-Vogel. An accomplished dressage rider and trainer, she has superbly demonstrated the athletic ability of the straight Egyptian horses as she develops them into beautiful riding horses using the classic training methods of dressage. We look forward to seeing these two under saddle in years to come.

A Reserve Champion Futurity Filly at the 2006 Egyptian Event, Shai Diva should have an exciting career ahead as both a show filly and future broodmare in her new country. Our best wishes and congratulations to David and Yuval, who both demonstrate an inspiring dedication to the Arabian breed.

"I am enjoying her lovely disposition," says Jim of his new arrival, "and, of course admiring her several times each day. She is a very welcome addition here!" We wish Jim every success with this lovely young filly and look forward to seeing her contributions to his breeding program in the years to come.

Silver Maple Farm would like to congratulate Donna Smith of Morgan Hill, California on her acquisition of Suleiman SMF (Ali Saroukh x Samura). A long-time horse enthusiast, Donna wanted a "newer" model of her favorite Arabian riding horse, who is soon to retire. Donna reports that Suleiman has settled in beautifully and all the mares on the farm are already in love with him! Suleiman will have a great new life riding in the hills with Donna and we wish the pair many years of happy trails!

Foaled in 2005, this exciting young stallion is sired by Dreamcatcher SMF out of the beautiful Om El Exotica, who is now owned by HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammad al Thani of Al Zobair Stud. Combining the finest bloodlines of the Silver Maple and Om el Arab breeding programs, Exeter SMF joins National Champion Pyro Thyme SA, ensuring a bright future indeed for Shaman Arabians!

Nile Prince SMF (*Simeon Shai x PR Nile Queen), ChampionWorld Class Yearling Colt at the 2006 Egyptian Event, will soon travel to the beautiful Gauteng Province of South Africa to join the wonderful horses of Strydom Arabian Stud. Congratulations to Tinus and Francisca Strydom for selecting this leggy and charismatic son of *Simeon Shai. Nile Prince SMF will remain in the U.S. until fall with Mike Neal, and will be shown at the Minnesota Arabian Horse Breeders Fall Festival.
